Italian Network Realty's Meeting in Stresa

On the 14th
and 15th of October, the Italian Network Realty’s meeting took
place. It is the first “Made in Italy” real estate brand, born many years ago,
and dedicated to luxury properties.
The city of Stresa,
in Piemonte, hosted us and the whole event took place in the majestic and
charming Hotel Regina Palace.
During the meeting,
we analyzed the market trend in the different areas where the members operate,
but also the general trend and the projections of the Italian market. We faced
the needs of the Network and discussed about a program to develop for the next
year, supported by the presence of technology and communication service
providers, who presented interesting suggestions, definitely useful and relevant
for the development of INR.
We focused on a fundamental
aspect of this network, which is strengthen the relationships among agents and
agencies from the whole country of Italy, so that we can fulfill, through
referrals, also the desires of those clients who have real estate interests in
a different area from the one of their reference agency.
Each member took
the floor for speeches and presentations, and I personally took care of
providing my colleagues with not only my point of view as an agent, but also
with an accurate update on the evolution of this profession, its regulations
and the association’s activities organized for the category, the market and the
clients.
The conviviality
could not be left out: above all, the existence of good human relationships is
fundamental to keep strong and long-lasting business relationship alive.
It is always a pleasure
for me to meet my colleagues and old friends of Italian Network Realty, but I
also love meeting the new members who join the association.
We made a toast to the conclusion of a year of moderate recovery in spite of the many uncertainties which characterize our everyday life, with the wish from all of us that the upcoming year will be above all a year of restored Peace and then, a year of serenity and success.
